Additionally, he was a partner at the criminal defense firm Milligan Coughlin LLC. Throughout his expansive career, Attorney Coughlin has held the lead counsel position in over 100 trials and dealt with thousands of criminal cases.
His wide-ranging experience spans across state district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Attorney Coughlin has relentlessly defended clients facing an array of charges, from DUI/DWI/OUI, drug offenses, assault and battery, domestic assault, sexual assault, rape, to other misdemeanors and felonies.
